Set age for subscribers/followers raffles

I’d like to set which age can join to raffles.

I.e i’ll set followers min 5 hours, and users who has less then 5 hours of follow cannot join this raffle. Same for subscribers.

Also will be good if it will be on main tab of raffles widget, not settings.

Btw i’m suggest move all settings to main tab, instead of seperate tabs.
