Can you make a ban list for users that people can no longer request?

Hmm, I will probably extend permission groups. Currently you can only add user manually to such group, but would be good to have adding user manually to be nto included in that group
like I have group by name SongRequests with permission set based on viewers without user1. Then you can setr that command to have permission SongRequests
