If I upload a video to the Alerts I would like to have a volume control for it.
Actually sound volume should be applied to video volume as well.
I have now set it to 100%, the volume has not changed.

Volume is not properly set in editation UI only. When alert is running, volume is properly set. I will fix ui issue.
